WOW! It says it all

I've just received this email from a very happy bride. I have to say it brought a tear to my eye.

Dear Steve and Sal

Where do we begin but WOW. Our wedding DVD is absolutely breathtaking.

We were so particular and carried out alot of research into the filming of our day. Our budget was more for the filming than the photography. We watched endless samples of films until we came across your sample, we found ourselves captured into a total strangers wedding that even made me cry. We knew then that you would be our choice. It was confirmed with a phonecall and you even visited twice before the wedding, taking the time to come all the way from Harwich to ensure that you knew exactly what we wanted taking notes whilst we chatted.

On the day you were both so lovely and it felt like you were our guests. We had a laugh together and you felt like our friends more than just providing a service. We both felt like we had known you for ages. This made the filming non intrusive and enabled Mark and I to act naturally infront of the camera which has contributed in our film which tells a true love story that makes us and our families cry everytime we watch it.

The details in the filming are superb and the way you have put the music with it is amazing. You have exceeded our expectations and more. We will never forget what you have done for us. I don't think you realise just how much we appreciate you both, aswell, i'm sure, as everyone else that has been fortunate enough to find you and have their weddings filmed by such a talented couple.

We had so much fun filming our Benny Hill bits and loved the other ideas you put forward which makes us laugh through our tears in the middle of the film. Its like a roller coaster of emotions watching it, which is exactly how we wanted it.

Our guests all commented on how nice you both were and are all trying to arrange a viewing, I am sure there will be more tears.

Again, Thankyou Thankyou, if we could send a hug via Email we would. We have sent you a gift and we both hope you enjoy it. You bring so much happiness to all newly weds and their families by what you do, enabling us to watch our wedding over and over again. We feel like we are there again, experiencing how we felt on the day, You have made a film that is so professionaly done capturing every little detail of a very special day.
